CPRS Hamilton is seeking two board members for the 2009/2010 Board of Directors to fill recent vacancies. Membership on the board is an excellent opportunity for senior/mid-career PR practitioners to take a leadership role in the local PR community and make a significant contribution to their local society.

Membership Chair
Maintains contacts with members and PR students to encourage membership renewals, and liaises with CPRS national office on membership issues. Develops and implements a plan to attract new members to the society.

Professional Development Chair
Plans and leads implementation of professional development opportunities, which may include mini-conferences, webinars and student events.

Chairs are encouraged to strike committees to assist with the implementation of their portfolio.
