Join CPRS Hamilton as we close off the 2009-10 fiscal year and welcome in the 2010-11 year.
The guest speaker at this year’s Annual General Meeting is Annette Paiement Festival Director of the AGH World Film Festival in Hamilton and the Film, Performance and Special Events Coordinator for the Art Gallery of Hamilton.
Ms. Paiement was a key player in the development and management of the Hamilton International Film Festival, which was launched in 2009 with great success and fanfare.

The purpose of the AGM is to elect officers, receive the annual report (including financial statements) and discuss other new business.

be subject to nominations from the floor during the Annual General Meeting and failing this that the new Board of Directors fill these positions no later than June 4, 2010.
The proposed list of 2010/2011 board of directors will be presented at the Annual General Meeting. Nominations from the floor will also be accepted.
