Social Media Strategy and ROI/ROE Measurement Expert Panel - January 18, 2012
Many organizations have invested heavily in social media over the last few years. The moment is arriving when the value of this investment has to be evaluated.
The Social Media Strategy and ROI/ROE Measurement Expert Panel, presented by CPRS Hamilton, will discuss social media strategy and measurement techniques that are crucial for professional communicators to demonstrate the value that they are adding to their organizations. Measurement is a key tool for professional communicators to become a senior management function and have a seat at the decision-making table.
How do strategy and evaluation come together to showcase the value of professional communicators’ work, as well as lead to continuous improvement and accountability? These questions will be discussed at this high-profile panel discussion. This event will feature brief presentations from each speaker, followed by a question and answer period. Refreshments will be served.
